Our hybrid athlete coaching programme is designed to help you reach your peak by blending strength training, running, and functional fitness in a comprehensive plan. No matter your current fitness level, our coaching will guide you through a progressive journey:

Programme Features

What’s Included in Your Training?

Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced athlete, you’ll receive a personalised programme with clear, actionable goals based on your experience level and schedule. Here's a breakdown:

Beginner Trainers

Train 3 days per week with sessions of around 60 minutes each. This programme will focus on building a foundation in both strength and endurance, with emphasis on proper technique to minimise injury risk.

Intermediate Trainers

Train 5 days per week, with sessions lasting approximately 90 minutes. You’ll receive a progressive strength and running plan that challenges you while offering sufficient recovery.

Advanced Trainers

Train 6 days per week, with roughly 90-minute sessions. Your plan will push your limits, integrating advanced training techniques that are fully customised to meet your goals.

Customisation at Every Level

Every athlete has unique needs. That's why your programme will be adapted to your personal fitness goals, preferred training days, and individual requirements. Please note that follow-up and programme adjustments are only available with our 1-on-1 coaching option.

Frequently Asked Questions

Beginners train 3 days a week, intermediates train 5 days a week, and advanced athletes train 6 days a week, with sessions tailored to your time commitment.

While our main focus is strength, running, and functional fitness, we can incorporate cycling and swimming into your plan if desired.

Yes. Hyrox programmes are available through either our 1-1 Coaching or 12 Week Training Programme. 

  • 1-1 Coaching provides a more personalised approach with regular follow ups to make sure you are on track with your Hyrox goals.
  • 12 Week Training Programme allows access to a custom made program for you but without adjustments and regular check-ins.

Our nutrition advice can be adapted to fit any dietary restrictions or goals.

Our sport-specific programmes are designed to minimise injury risk and help you perform at your best by focusing on the movements and demands of your chosen sport.
